CHICAGO -- CHICAGO, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Mellody Hobson, president of Ariel Capital Management and Melody Spann-Cooper, president and general manager of WVON-AM, have agreed to co-chair the Chicago Urban League's Membership Campaign scheduled to kick off in January 2003.
"Our goal is to attract 1,000 new members in support of the Chicago Urban League," said Marquis Miller, vice president of External Affairs of the Chicago Urban League, at the League's Annual Business Meeting at the Hilton Chicago on December 13.
