Have rabbits, moles, geese, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, dogs, cats, armadillos, voles, pocket gophers, prairie dogs, nutrias, bats, birds, coyotes, groundhogs, mice, muskrats, beavers, opossums, otters, porcupines, rats, skunks, snakes, turtles, weasels or foxes?
Unless your clients live in a commercialized or industrialized urban area, chances are that one or more of the above critters makes an occasional appearance to nibble on plant material, from turf to shrubs, flowers and trees.
Deer, for instance, can eat landscape plants to the ground overnight. Flowers simply disappear, and fruit- bearing vines will have no fruit.
