Naked Fish is converting four of its 10 casual Latin-themed seafood restaurants to Red Sauce, a new low-price Italian concept the company expects will perform better in suburban Boston locations.
The first Red Sauce opened July 15 in the converted Naked Fish in Hingham, Mass. The Quincy and Watertown locations have been converted, and the Newton location was converted in mid-November.
The four restaurants were in high-residential, low-business areas, says Kim Giguere-Lapine, director of marketing for Naked Restaurants.
