POOR Rudolph will be shivering in his hooves - a bizarre food company is punting reindeer pate as a Christmas party treat.
The meat, costing pounds 12.95 a tin, is specially imported by London-based exotic foods firm Edible.
Taken from reindeer which are bred and farmed in Arctic Sweden, the meat comes as a luxury pate or in a hash stew form. The tin boasts: "Farm raised relative of Rudolph".
Ten thousand tins of the Arctic delicacy have been snapped up in the last few months.
