Chris Langer doesn't smoke a pipe, climb down chimneys or drive a vehicle powered by reindeer, but to many senior citizens she is Santa Claus.
Langer is one of several hundred Santas in the Gifts for Seniors program, brightening the holidays for elderly folks who might not otherwise be remembered.
