The new year will bring a new, four-day version of the Great British Heritage Pass, a popular pass that covers admission to hundreds of historic sites throughout the United Kingdom. The new pass, available after Jan. 1, costs $35.
British tourism officials said the new pass is aimed at visitors who come to Britain on long weekends or business trips that don't lend themselves to older versions of the pass, which are still available and good for seven days ($54), 15 days ($75), and one month ($102).
