Dec. 24--Two of the Philadelphia area's best-known survivors of the Internet venture-capital boom are now unplugged. Destiny Web Solutions and Epotec are disappearing off the Web.
Destiny, a Conshohocken-based Web design, construction and service firm, shut last week, three months after announcing it would stay in business in association with an Indian software company.
