For the second year in a row, employers were hit with double-digit increases for their group health insurance plans, and the prospect for relief anytime soon isn't in the cards.

In fact, given the ever-increasing costs for diagnostic procedures and prescription drugs, county insurance brokers report that annual premium costs are expected to continue escalating in the coming years.
