SIGN CARDIAC CARE AGREEMENT

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Children's Heart Fund, a Minnesota-based medical charity and facility, and Costa Rica's national social security system, the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, will sign today the first concrete agreement resulting from the joint Costa Rica/Minnesota Medical/Healthcare Program initiated in February 1989.
