Oak Ridge Micro-Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:OKRM), a provider of micro thin-film energy sources, released a shareholders' letter on December 20, 2003, announcing that its two sole directors, who are also Oak Ridge's principal shareholders, adopted resolutions in accordance with authority contained its Articles of Incorporation to effect a 1 to 10 reverse split of its common stock, effective on or around January 6, 2003, while retaining the current par value and authorized shares.
