TDB publisher PBI Media has reached a cooperative agreement with the International Recording Media Association that ends more than 12 months of turbulence between the two organizations. Under the agreement, IRMA will support PBI's publications and trade shows that target the media manufacturing and digital content delivery markets. IRMA will also be released from its existing contractual agreements with PBI.
By reaching the agreement, IRMA and PBI settled their differences without resorting to arbitration. "We are happy to have reached an amicable resolution to our relationship," said IRMA President Charles Van Horn in a prepared statement. "IRMA can now pursue new ...
