Jan. 1--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--A Portland, Ore., restaurant chain said Tuesday it is seeking a new franchisee to revive a north-Twin Falls eatery that closed just before Christmas.
"The Twin Falls Elmer's restaurant was closed on Dec. 23 by mutual agreement between Elmer's Restaurants Inc. and the franchise owner," the Portland chain said in a written answer to a reporter's query.
