PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local ABU DHABI COMMERCIAL BANK is currently gearing-up to build a new headquarters in Abu Dhabi. In so doing, the bank retained the services of US-based STEINER INTERNATIONAL to act as its project manager. Construction plans under consideration call for building a 20-storey tower including a 3-level car park and associated facilities.
As things currently stand, the project designs are scheduled for completion in March 2003 and, an invitation to bid on the undertaking is soon expected to follow thereafter. In so doing, the client intends to tender the project in at least 3 packages including: - The demolition of an existing ...
