Jan. 3--Warehouse distribution activity -- a bellwether of economic trends -- is hinting at a rebound in San Antonio for 2003, according to several local industrial real estate brokers.
"The first sign of a turnaround in the real estate market occurs in the industrial sector, and we're starting to see a glimmer of that turnaround," said Hank Pruitt of Pruitt Realty.
