WestPack makes its debut this year under the full control of its new owner.
And that means attendees are likely to notice some changes.
WestPack, to be held Feb. 19-21 at the Anaheim (Calif.) Convention Center, will emphasize markets, including pharmaceuticals, personal care products and logistics, that the show hadn't explicitly addressed up to now. The changes come courtesy of the show's new owner, Canon Communications.
Canon bought WestPack, along with sister regional shows SouthPack and EastPack, in 2001 from Reed Exhibition Companies. The shows take place in odd-numbered years; raider the terms of the purchase, Reed managed the 2001 shows. ...
