USA offers patent moratorium for LDCs, as WTO drug access talks collapse US Trade Representative Robert Zoellick has announced an interim plan to help the world's poorest countries import generic drugs to treat HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and other diseases that pose national health crises.
