WORLDWIDE This fall, Six Continents Hotels' Holiday Inn brand kicked off its "Brand Hallmarks" promotion in the Middle East as part of a global campaign aimed at improving customer service and outpacing the competition in areas deemed most important to hotel guests. Holiday Inn conducted extensive research with customers to determine the areas they appreciate most when it comes to hotel stays. Research identified those "hallmarks" as Sleep; Breakfast; Can-do Service; and Rewards.
