Cobalt Corporation has named Lorna J. Granger as its Senior Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective February 3, 2003. Granger will direct the legal staff for Cobalt Corporation and its subsidiary, Blue Cross & Blue Shield United of Wisconsin.
