Jan. 8-- BRISTOL, R.I.--The clownfish flitted through the water with ease, the streak of bright orange a stark contrast to the drab walls of the marine laboratory.
Despite the bleak surroundings, life is happening here.
The lab, part of the Center for Economic and Environmental Development, or CEED, at Roger Williams University, is a fertile place these days as officials try to determine the feasibility of reproducing and marketing three types of ornamental marine species: the clownfish, shrimp and seahorse.
