To the Editor:
My family and I were visiting relatives in the Central New York region during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. We were anxious to see the new home of family members on Ingalls Corners Road south of Canastota.
Upon our arrival and enjoying the snowy hills of the area, I noticed an orange sign posted very close to the highway on the property directly across from my family's driveway. I could not believe what I saw, and took a picture to confirm it.
The language warning against trespassing more than borders on complete and total ignorance. Even more appalling is the fact that the town as well ...
