The Brazilian soluble coffee producer Cia. Iguacu de Cafe Soluvel has recently taken over Automatos Industrial S.A., a producer of coffee and hot drinks vending machines manufacturer. Iguacu acquired 55,1412% of Automatos capital stock, through R$3.6mil and will invest other R$1mil to double the company' production capacity, currently of 100 machines/month.
