INTERFAX-EUROPE - Poland is designing its EU fund absorption with an eye to boosting GDP by nearly 3.5 percentage points at the peak of its mid-term program in 2006, according to the assumptions of Poland's revised National Development Program presented at a parliamentary committee hearing by the Economy Ministry on Thursday.
