Jan. 10--A recently shuttered hotel in a prime spot between Universal Orlando and the Mall at Millenia could be transformed into luxury lodging with pricey shopping and eating.
Potential buyers are kicking the tires, or at least the tennis courts, pools and 11 buildings at the rundown 800-room Delta Orlando Resort, which abruptly closed its doors in December following a long decline in occupancy rates.
