Budapest. January 10. INTERFAX-EUROPE - ORBAN TO HOLD STATE OF THE NATION SPEECH. Former prime minister Viktor Orban will once again hold a "state of the nation" speech in February, at the request of the Hungarian Civic Cooperation Association (MPEE). As prime minister, Orban held a speech every year since 1999, but this will be the first time he is speaking not as a premier. MPEE president Janos Martonyi, foreign minister under Orban, officially extended the invitation on Thursday, which Orban accepted.
