COMPANY PROFILE
New England Surfaces is a combination of three companies: Dion Industries (Lewisto n, Maine), Winde-McCormick Laminates (Warwick, R.I.) and Kilstrom Distributors (Orange, Conn.). In the fall of 2000, Dion Industries and Winde-McCormick merged to form a new company, New England Surfaces. In the spring of 2002, the company acquired Kilstrom Distributors. With this acquisition, New England Surfaces is now the sole New England distributor of Dupont Corian and Zodiaq solid surfaces. Corporate offices and warehouse facilities are located in Lewiston, Maine, with separate sales and distribution centers in Warwick, R.I., and Wallingford, Conn.
