Jan. 13--The planned Bangkok Fashion Centre would not only enhance the state plan to turn Ratchaprasong Road into Bangkok's prime shopping street but also boost the take-up of rental space in Amarin Plaza, according to the complex owner and operator.
"We (Amarin Plaza Plc) expect revenue from space rental at the Plaza to increase by 15 percent this year," said Wiwat Charoensawatpong, the director of the marketing and sales at Amarin Plaza Plc, the owner and operator of the plaza near the Ratchaprasong intersection.
