Jan. 13--Know when to double down, split a pair or whether to take a hit on a "soft" 17?
Gamblers in Arizona will make those kinds of decisions regularly when Las Vegas-style blackjack arrives at Indian casinos in about a month.
On the flip side, the casinos and tribes face a decision of their own -- how to invest and spend the millions of dollars that will be parted from people who play the new game.
