ADAS Laboratories, a Division of ADAS Consulting Ltd has been bought by the management team and is now operating as Direct Laboratories, a testing and research consultancy for the food, farming and environmental management sectors. All 114 staff have been transferred to Direct Laboratories under the deal which completed in August and the company will now be lead by Peter Bassett, managing director, Keith Henderson, technical director and Clive Hodges, finance director.
