AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The POM Group, Inc. of Auburn Hills, Michigan announced today that the company has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with TRUMPF Inc of Ditzingen, Germany, whereby TRUMPF will supply production DMD machines that incorporate POM's patented Direct Metal Deposition (DMD(R)) technology. DMD is a laser-based metal fabrication process that produces fully dense metal products "from the ground up" using metallic powder.
