Fresh Choice, Inc. (Nasdaq:SALD), which operates self-service salad buffet-style restaurants in three states, has arrived in Buena Park, Calif. The restaurant is located in the Buena Park Mall. Fresh Choice is planning further openings in several Southern California cities in the coming months.
