SAN DIEGO -- SAN DIEGO, Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Football League participates in many charitable and promotional activities as part of Super Bowl week. This year, as part of the overall Super Bowl XXXVII roster of community outreach events and programs, the NFL will reach out to the Latino community in San Diego and Tijuana through its first-ever Super Bowl Latino Leadership Initiative. This program will focus on education and leadership opportunities for Latinos, which will include a series of workshops and seminars, youth football clinics, scholarships and ongoing financial support.
