Jan. 14--FAIRFIELD, Ohio--Unlicensed massage businesses are not welcome within Fairfield city limits, say city officials.
City Council on Monday held the first reading of an ordinance that would prohibit paid unlicensed massage and related businesses in Fairfield. The goal is to only allow legitimate massage businesses in the city, said Councilman Jeff Holtegel.
