Jan. 17--NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas--About 100 people will lose their jobs when Dynacast closes its New Braunfels manufacturing facility in March.
"Many former customers are now sourcing products from China and it has been challenging to stay competitive with China's labor cost advantage," a statement released Thursday by the company stated.
"Dynacast has done everything possible to reduce costs in New Braunfels and continue operations, but we simply don't have enough business at this location and continue to lose money."
