Hotel bars that exploit their intriguing locations are realizing big profits. While many hotel guests are drawn to the property bar because of convenience, many new hotel bars are extracting locals and even other tourists by taking advantage of their glamorous locations or spectacular views.
"The Lobby Lounge is acclaimed for its spectacular harbor views," says Jennifer Fox, managing director, InterContinental Hong Kong.
