HOUSTON -- HOUSTON, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Rock Solid Images today announced an agreement with Earth Decision Sciences for the acquisition of licensed gOcad technology to be used by Rock Solid Images for building advanced seismic reservoir characterization tools and reservoir models.
"Seismic calibration to rock and fluid properties requires the use of robust and consistent well-log to seismic transforms within a 3D earth-model framework.
