They walked in as teachers, administrators or aides, but after a five-hour seminar they also realized they were bullies, victims or bystanders.
Nearly two dozen West Chicago Elementary School District 33 educators spent Friday morning learning how to bully-proof their schools. They shared recollections of incidents where they were the victim or bully. They also talked about how many times they just turned their backs.
