Michael D. Armstrong, president of Neptune Hospitality Advisors Inc., is pleased to announce his firm, in conjunction with O'Connell Hospitality Group, exclusively represented Regency Stone Ventures LP in the sale of the 137-room Clubhouse Inn and Suites in Richardson, Texas to BRE/Homestead Village LLC.
Terms of the sale were not released. The new owner will immediately begin converting the hotel to a Homestead Studio Suites Hotel. Paul Williams, of the Dallas office of OHG, and Stan Kozlowski, vice president of Neptune, assisted with the sale. This sale marks the ...
