COLUMBUS, Ohio -- COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Ohio's largest organization representing nursing home residents and the people and organizations caring for them today sharply criticized Governor Bob Taft's plan to dramatically cut funding for elderly and disabled Ohioans, detailed today in a press conference with Tom Hayes, Director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
