The Association of Brewers (AOB) of Boulder, CO has announced a strengthened relationship with Slow Food USA's 8,000 plus members.
AOB president Charlie Papazian recently sent a letter to the leaders of the 70+ Slow Food conviviums around the country, affirming the mission and philosophy of Slow Food: protection of biodiversity, the right to pleasure, taste education, promotion of quality, promotion of a new model of agriculture.
Papazian applauded Slow Food members for championing these ideals, ideals Papazian said many Association of Brewers/Institute for Brewing Studies members share.
