Many years before his passing, International Franchise Association founder Bill Rosenberg made a prediction. He predicted that one day a franchisee would lead the organization. Even more stunning was the fact that he named the franchisee who would reach that pinnacle.
Accepting the gavel of leadership as the first franchisee to serve as IFA's chairman was one of the most exhilarating moments of my life. Knowing that Bill was there in the audience to see his prediction come true in his lifetime made the event even more special.
