Toppan Printing will soon initiate sales of seals designed to thwart counterfeiting with a combination of holograms and special ink. Since counterfeiters are becoming more adept at imitating holograms, it is not always possible to verify product authenticity with holograms alone. To deal with this issue, Toppan Printing will supplement its holograms with a choice of two inks. The first is CH ink. Viewed with a special filter, CH appears to change color depending on the angle of viewing.
