ARTISTS' lodges could be built across Liverpool under new plans to make the city more accessible to up and coming talent. The centres, which would provide space for work, sleep and exhibitions, could result in the creation of a new cultural quarter in the city. The lodges are the brainchild of the A Foundation, one of the main sponsors of the city's Biennial arts festival. The organisation is looking to acquire a number of disused buildings on the outskirts of the city centre.
