VERO BEACH, Fla., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) reported a net loss in its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 1990 -- a year of substantial restructuring and rebuilding, President Gino N. Pala announced today.

For the fourth quarter, the company reported a loss from continuing operations of $1,138,000 (or 37 cents a share), on revenues of $21,518,000, compared with a loss of $2,359,000 (or 77 cents per share) on revenues of $21,818,000 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1989.
