DALLAS -- DALLAS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tyco Electronics Power Systems, a leading worldwide supplier of telecommunications power equipment, and China Putian Corporation, a leading developer of complete telecommunications systems, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation in Wuhan, China on January 8, 2003. The signing was witnessed by local government officials and telecommunications service partners.
