After 20 years, Crain Communications' Electronic Media is undergoing a name change. Beginning with the March 3 issue, EM--which bears resemblance to Crain flagship Ad Age--will become Television Week (circ 35K). According to EM publisher/editorial director Chuck Ross (ex-Inside Media/San Francisco Chronicle), the name change is something that has been in the works for a while. "The market we serve [television/cable business] has been niched to death," he tells us. "The name change is a way in which we could separate ourselves from the rest of the pack."
