NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Scientists affiliated with the American Council on Science and Health (ACSH) expressed concern that the press and the American consumer may overreact to a recent study reported in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), and reject meat as a healthful food.
