Several Naperville North classes recently stitched together their talents to help others.
Students in the high school's child development classes sewed, cut and mathematically figured their way through two quilts that they donated to the Joliet chapter of Project Linus.
The program collects blankets to distribute to seriously ill or traumatized children.
"It feels good to help people through some of the things I have gone through," said senior Nina Dvorak, who helped make a quilt.
Dvorak has a quilt of her own, one Project Linus gave her last year when she was in the hospital ...
