Jan. 28--JOHN B. AUSTIN, currently corporate controller for Rohn Industries Inc., will serve as interim treasurer and principal accounting officer, temporarily replacing vice president and chief financial officer Alan R. Dix until the company retains a principal accounting officer. Dix left Rohn to pursue other professional opportunities.
DONALD J. WERTZBERGER was named associate principal of Phillips Swager Associates.
DANIEL T. WHITSON joined the George O. Pasquel Co. as president. Former president Peter J. Pasquel is chairman of the board.
