Jan. 25--EDMOND, Okla.--Real estate developer Derek Turner, president of Turner & Co., sees two games being played in the Edmond office market: "The Numbers Game" and "The Fear Factor."
The Numbers Game is played by owner-users of office space, for example, a group of dentists who move from leased digs to space they built or bought themselves.
The rules of The Numbers Game?
Before selecting a spot, they want to know how many miles it is from their house to work and to school.
They want to know how many stoplights will slow them down -- an obstacle ...
