He's thoughtful. Contemplative. Practical and grounded.
As a matter of fact, Meyer is literally an Earth child, having grown up in rural Spring Grove, where his farmer-dad's roots were so deep, Meyer Road was named for him.
Meyer's family was large and everyone worked.
"I did plenty of chores growing up - even baled hay down the road," he said.
But school was important, too. By the time he attended Richmond- Burton Community High School, Meyer's schedule was packed with variety.
